The brief

The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) is a regional not-for-profit Community Controlled Health Service that leads the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive health and family wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in South East Queensland.

Our engagement with IUIH centred on creating a comprehensive suite of Microsoft templates that would honour both the master brand and each of the seven subsidiary entities' distinct identities within the IUIH brand family.

With brand guidelines and brand assets already established, IUIH needed a trusted partner to translate their visual identity into functional, professional templates that would maintain brand consistency across their diverse operations while respecting the unique identity of each entity.

The outcome

We started the project by identifying commonalities between the 46 templates between the 8 brands. This would prove useful to help build a common visual language for the templates, and streamline the build and implementation process.

The template suite for each brand included PowerPoint widescreen presentations and flyers, Excel starter templates, and Word templates comprising Long Reports, Short Reports, and Letterhead/Corporate documents. Each template was designed to reflect IUIH's established brand guidelines while incorporating the cultural integrity and professional standards central to their work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

We delivered:

PowerPoint templates
featuring widescreen presentation formats and flyer layouts, designed with culturally appropriate graphics and consistent brand styling to support IUIH's extensive community engagement and health promotion work.

Word templates including Long Report, Short Report and Letterhead/Corporate document templates with custom styles,  front/back covers where applicable and professional layouts that provide easy communication while maintaining brand integrity.

Excel starter templates providing branded spreadsheet foundations.
