Microsoft Templates
Projecting with People (PWP) is a professional consultancy that helps organisations and individuals achieve their goals through strategic project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
PWP approached BrandOps with an existing brand identity they loved – a vibrant visual system featuring bold, bright colours that reflected their unique blend of playfulness and professionalism. Their challenge was to translate this established brand into a comprehensive suite of professional business tools that would elevate their market presence while maintaining the energy and clarity that defined who they were.
With client presentations, capability demonstrations, and stakeholder communications central to their work, PWP needed Microsoft templates that would capture their innovative approach while projecting the credibility and polish their professional audience expected.
We began by designing each template to ensure the vibrant brand translated effectively into functional business documents. This design-first approach allowed us to refine layouts and styling before building the final Microsoft templates, ensuring both visual impact and practical usability.
The comprehensive suite included both design-level and PowerPoint versions of their capability statement, giving PWP flexibility in how they presented their credentials. PowerPoint templates in both A4 and widescreen formats provided versatile presentation options, while Word templates for letterhead, general reports, and long reports ensured brand consistency across all written communications.
We also designed and delivered print-ready business card artwork, completing PWP's professional toolkit.
