New brand
Bloom Playroom is a Sunshine Coast‑based company that supports children’s smooth transitions and learning in the early years through play‑based programs, private tutoring, and parent workshops.
In December 2023, we were engaged by Bloom Playroom to create a cohesive, contemporary, and playfully sophisticated brand for their company launch in March 2024.
The brief was to:
► Create a name for the business
► Create a cohesive, overarching brand architecture that houses the existing products and services already being offered
► Create creative concepts for the visual brand identity, and
► Design and build a complex website.
At the time of engagement, the founder of Bloom Playroom, Danielle Murray, had existing published work and an education course on the market for a number of years. The new brand needed to encompass these products and upcoming service offerings under an overarching brand name. The brand strategy was completed in line with a ‘branded house’ architecture model. Brand naming was also required in line with the business’s benefits and audience.
Three creative concepts were presented to the client that had slightly different tonality and aesthetic. The chosen concept combined a sophisticated and contemporary feel with a level of playfulness, engaging both parents and children alike.
The website design and development needed to incorporate e-commerce functionality, booking systems, and multiple contact forms.
► Brand naming
► Brand architecture
► Creative concepts
► Visual brand identity
► Website architecture and design
► Website development
