Brand refresh

The Susan McKinnon Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that works for the betterment of Australian democracy. The Susan McKinnon Foundation's audience encompasses the politically engaged through Australia's political class, including current and former members of parliament.

The brief

The brief from the Susan McKinnon Foundation was to retain the logo and perform a complete brand transformation on all collateral and brand-related systems.

The brand needed to align with the organisation’s direction and strategy as it expanded into the future.

The outcome

The visual brand colour palette and imagery took on the earthy colours of the Australian landscape to represent the country, its regions, and its people.

Brand concepts were created, presented, and refined until the final concept was approved. The final visual brand uses the flag from the logo and the angle of the flagpole as its core visual anchor points.

All the branded collateral outlined in the below deliverables list was developed, and the brand was successfully launched in April 2023.

A new suite of PowerPoint templates and supporting branded assets were produced, transforming the way the team works.
