Rebrand

The Agenda Group is a strategic consulting firm providing advice and services to private and public sector clients. The Agenda Group helps leaders navigate complex government, policy and regulatory environments, turning insights into meaningful outcomes.

The brief

Our engagement with The Agenda Group began with website discussions but quickly evolved into something deeper. Given their expertise in strategic communications, they appreciated our belief that visual branding without strategic grounding rarely succeeds. This shared philosophy set the stage for a collaborative, strategy-led design process.

The outcome

Brand Strategy

The Agenda Group operates in a complex consulting space. To complete a comprehensive brand strategy, we conducted an in-person workshop attended by most of The Agenda Group team. Insights from this workshop were synthesised and incorporated into a comprehensive brand strategy document that delivered analysis true to who The Agenda Group are, the direction they are heading and their future position in market. This document was well received by The Agenda Group.

Visual brand concepts

Following the brand strategy, we developed two complete visual brand concepts and presented these to The Agenda Group. The chosen aesthetic that became the firm’s new representation features bold and edgy design with complex graphics reflecting the complexity of the work that The Agenda Group undertakes. After concept approval, we designed and delivered all brand implementation materials.

Microsoft Templates

We designed and developed Word Long Report, General Report and Letterhead templates featuring contemporary graphic styles, comprehensive numbering structures, and custom table styles.

In addition, we designed and built PowerPoint A4 and Presentation templates with modern, minimalist styling throughout, plus a suite of graphics to help The Agenda Group maintain brand consistency and deliver quality design executions.

To ensure successful adoption, we provided template training to the team alongside installation instructions.
