The brief

Drakkar Consulting is a strategic consulting firm that provides engineering services to the maritime industry.

Drakkar Consulting engaged us to develop a comprehensive suite of professional document templates that would elevate their brand presence and ensure consistency across client-facing communications.

The brief was to create a cohesive template system that would streamline their document creation process while maintaining a sophisticated, professional aesthetic that reflects their expertise in the engineering industry.

The outcome

Using Drakkar Consulting’s thoughtfully designed brand identity by Cowan Creative, we designed the new layouts for the various Microsoft templates, working closely with the client to create a sophisticated suite of template designs.

The templates included:

Word Long Report and Letterhead Templates with contemporary text styles, comprehensive numbering structure, and bespoke graphic bullets.

Excel A4 Template containing header and footers, colour theming and cover page design.

PowerPoint A4 and Presentation Templates. These templates had modern and minimalistic styling throughout, custom bullets, and came with a graphics/text starter pack, which empowers the client to build their own document confidently.

To ensure successful adoption, we provided template installation and formatting instructions.
