Texco is a specialist industrial Design and Construct (D&C) partner, delivering industry-leading facilities for Australia's most prominent industrial REITs, developers and owner-occupiers.
Our engagement with Texco centred on equipping their national team with a cohesive suite of Microsoft templates, alongside converting a substantial library of existing documents, ensuring every piece of communication reflected the integrity of the Texco brand.
Working within Texco's newly updated visual brand identity, and with design guidance from the internal Texco design team, we designed layouts for the Word and PowerPoint templates that balanced visual rigour with everyday practicality.
Adopting design principles, each template was designed to translate the brand elements into refined, professional layouts that feel cohesive and are easily adapted across a range of document types and project communications.
All templates followed our design-first approach, with design layouts completed and approved before development began, ensuring the final builds faithfully delivered the agreed vision.
An overarching master PowerPoint template was needed, housing the master page layouts that cover all eight templates. Eight individual PowerPoint templates were then built from this master.
The 15 Word templates cover the full breadth of Texco's documentation needs — from safety and compliance documentation including checklists, risk registers and procedures, through to design and construction specifications, governance policies, meeting minutes, formal correspondence, and commercial and project planning documents.
Two Excel templates rounded out the suite, providing consistent, themed formatting for financial and project workbooks.
In addition to the template suite, we undertook a large-scale document conversion project, bringing 65 existing documents in line with Texco's brand and template standards, ensuring consistency across the organisation's entire document library.
