Vardel is a boutique consultancy and specialist project controls consultancy supporting Owners, EPCM’s and Contractors with planning, controls and AI-enabled solutions for complex programmes.
With expertise spanning planning and scheduling, project controls, independent reviews, portfolio support and schedule recovery, Vardel needed a professional suite of business templates that reflected the technical and considered nature of its services.
The brief was to create a cohesive set of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates that could be used across proposals, project documentation and client communications, while providing a clear and consistent expression of the Vardel brand.
After sign-off of the conceptual Vardel brand work which we undertook, we then designed and developed a suite of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates for Vardel.
The templates were designed to balance the technical nature of Vardel’s work with a clear, contemporary visual language.
Strong information hierarchy, structured layouts and considered graphic elements allow complex project controls information to be communicated clearly and professionally.
The system was built to be practical and flexible, giving the Vardel team a reliable framework for producing consistent documentation across different projects, clients and applications.
The suite extends the Vardel identity beyond its core brand assets, creating a cohesive experience across the documents and presentations that form part of the business’s day-to-day client communications.
